Job evaluation/Grading

JOB EVALUTION (GRADING) has long been popular among large companies (as multinational so Ukrainian ones) located in Ukraine. The reason is that job evaluation is not only way of measurement of relative weight of the job in the company but also method with the help of which the whole organization can be deeply analyzed and clear decisions aimed at improvement of functioning and increase of efficiency can be made.
